Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be refunded. - Clients may reschedule their canceled lesson once, subject to availability. - Rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same week as the original booking. No-Shows: - Clients who do not show up for their scheduled lesson without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund. - No-shows will forfeit the total cost of the lesson. - Clients may not reschedule no-show appointments. Exceptions: - Rare exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the gym management. - Exceptions may be granted for documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Payment: - Payment for private lessons is due at the time of booking. - Refunds will be processed within seven business days of a valid cancellation. A 5% fee will be applied.
